You are one of a kind!!
That’s what we all like to hear, isn’t it?

Communicator, Leader, Motivator, Influencer, Team-builder, Risk-taker, Negotiator, Stress-handler, Innovator, Planner, Collaborator… and the list goes on. These are called Soft skills, skills that most hiring companies look for in a potential candidate. A lot can be learnt in your educational years, to attain a degree, a qualification. But after it all, are you even remotely ready for the job of your dreams? Where does one start? Sadly, most of our educational institutions fail at instilling these skills, and many of us were compelled to take up unrelated jobs at the time. Neither anyone is ahead nor anyone is behind; nobody is below and nobody is above.

The moment education accepts the truth of everybody’s unique and unparalleled individuality, that moment will be the beginning of a great revolution. This was my story. After attaining an Honours Degree in Commerce at my graduation, and completing a Diploma in Computer Studies and a Masters degree in Software Engineering, I had the degrees and the diplomas, but what about the job? Reluctantly, instead of starting out as a Software Programmer, I had to start out as an Administration Executive, at an upcoming Computer Institute. Thankfully, this was the place I learnt to interact with people from all walks of life. I treasure those years close to my heart and it has made me realise the importance of first impressions and good communication. This was the start of my journey to becoming a better version of myself.

With close to 10 years of experience in assorted fields of Customer service, MIS operations and Academics, I realised that the Corporate scene is no cake walk. Every one is in the race to get to the top. The more you earn, the higher is your status in society. But, at what cost? Is there happiness, satisfaction and peace at that level? This part of my journey was my biggest transition, when I strongly felt the need to switch from just dealing with people’s data to interacting with the people holding this data. This was also the time, when my affectionate Mom encouraged me to follow my dreams, no matter what…God bless her caring soul.

During the next 10 years of my career, I have attained numerous certifications, viz. in Training & Development with specialization in Behavioural Skills & Facilitation; as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner; a Micro Masters program from IIM, Bangalore, in People Management; and an International English Language  Testing System (IELTS for short) certificate from the British Council for teaching English as per the format of these examinations held worldwide. These are qualifications acquired on paper, but the real test comes when applying the techniques learnt to the real world!

Being equipped with additional certifications does come with its perks, as I easily got through the academic background checks before taking up any commitments. I have dealt with youth, individuals and professionals at various stages of their life and with personnel across all corporate levels, delivering effective training and development, ensuring that the best is initiated and achieved through effective measures.

All the training programs are creative and interspersed with interactive modules, to help your personal and professional development. I aim to engage in conversations that lead people and organizations to connect with their true stories. Each one is tailor-made to fit your requirements, which will involve role plays, communication, simulations, music and much more.

It’s time to stir up those hidden traits!!

To start realising your dreams..
